Host your next event or meeting with us and make a difference in the community! When you rent space at Hub450, your investment allows us to give low cost space for programs that support refugees and immigrants. Your rental is a social investment!

If you are looking for a space for a large conference, banquet, or reception, our Community Room has a capacity for 200 guests. We also have smaller conference rooms or the beautiful cafe space to accommodate corporate or private meetings and functions.

Inquire for more information about our possible discounted rates for non-profit organizations and new immigrant communities.

Rentals available 7 days a week, day and evening hours. Booking less than two weeks before your event? A $25 rush fee may be added.

Is there parking?

There is a parking lot adjacent to the building that can be used by your group on a first come first serve basis. For evening and weekend rentals, there is the possibility of using the attached private parking garage. For larger events we can help you arrange additional off-street parking. Do you have AV or sound equipment?

When using the Community Room, you have access to a sound system, screen, keyboard, microphones and projector. In some of the other rooms, there are large screens and cameras, ideal for virtual meetings. Sound technicians are not provided but there are instruction manuals for AV equipment.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, we have Wifi available for your group to use for no additional charge when renting any of our spaces.
