When you rent space at Hub450, your investment allows us to give low cost space for programs that support the programs of Neighbors Community Center. Your rental is a social investment. Non-profit organizations receive a 25% discount when booked and paid at least 30 days prior to the event.

Frequently asked questions

Is there parking? There is a parking lot adjacent to the building that can be used by your group on a first come first serve basis. For evening and weekend rentals, there is the possibility of renting the attached private parking garage. For larger events we can help you arrange additional off-street parking. Do you have AV/sound equipment? When using the Community Room, you have access to a sound system, screen, electric piano, microphones, and projector. In some of the other rooms, there are large screens and cameras, ideal for virtual meetings. Sound technicians are not provided but there are instruction manuals for AV equipment.

Do you have wifi? Yes, we have wifi available for your group to use at no additional charge when renting any of our spaces.

Can we bring in our own food? Yes. Contact us for a list of recommended caterers. No alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, smoking, or vaping permitted.
